About our Derby Office

VHS Fletchers opened our office in Derby in November 2013, taking over from Pinders Solicitors. We were lucky enough to inherit a full caseload and solicitors John Young and Nick Wright to supplement our existing Derbyshire staff at the time. Our offices are only moments from the Derby Magistrates’ Court.

We offer a complete range of specialist advice and representation, by our experienced team of solicitors, in the fields of criminal defence, road traffic offences, prisoners’ rights and regulatory law.

As the firm has developed and expanded, we have been in a position to place a full-time experienced solicitor advocate based at the Derby office. We are confident that steps we take such as these will improve our clients’ access to local legal advice.
