Complaints – Our aim is to always offer all our clients an efficient and effective service. However, should there be any aspect of our service with which you are unhappy, please raise your concern in the first place with the person dealing with your case, or his/her supervisor as set out in the Terms of Business sent to you at the outset of your case. Where Jon Hullis is the person dealing with your case, please speak to Nick Walsh. Our Complaints Handling Procedure is available on request or by clicking here. We have a thorough system for resolving complaints. However, if you are not satisfied with our decision you may complain to the Legal Ombudsman. Any complaint to the Ombudsman must be made within a year of the date of the act or omission about which you are concerned or within a year of you realising there was a concern and within six months of our final response to you.
