Legal Aid Changes
Paper legal aid applications for criminal proceedings will no longer be used from 4 July 2016 and eForms will be used instead. VHS Fletchers have been using the online system successfully since its inception. Guidance and help can be found here https://www.gov.uk/guidance/legal-aid-crime-eform
