Appeal Decision on Release on Home Detention Curfew (HDC)

Prisoners serving more than three months but less than three years in custody will have the opportunity to be considered for HDC prior to the halfway point of their sentence.

This means that you could be released from prison before your licence period under an electronically monitored curfew should you meet the relevant criteria.

Whilst there are some exclusions to Home Detention Curfew eligibility if a decision is made to deny HDC we are able to advise whether an appeal is available to you.

Whilst HDC appeals are not covered under the Legal Aid Scheme our competitive rates allow us to provide a comprehensive service on your behalf.
